Welcome “Every Generation” to the month of May!
We are excited to share a new TC&A resource with you. The background story is – Tess is a part of a group of Leadership Coaches from around the world. They meet once a month to dialogue about: “What does the world need from us as leadership coaches?” Within this group called, The Sacred Changemakers, we learn, grow and support one another within our various expertise in leadership coaching, in order to provide the highest quality of coaching to our clients.
In January during the time of the LA wildfires, as a mother/daughter team, we were asked to write about Generational Communication for a Sacred Changemakers Resource Kit. We were happy to provide writing, tools and resources that would support, “Life-Giving Connection, Communication, and Community” within the workplace and on behalf of personal lives, as well.
The intention of the resource kit is for you to build and experience greater connection, communication and community with those you work with and with those you have personal relationships – of all generations!
Here are generational differences we all need to understand before we can begin to connect and communicate with different generations effectively and build a strong community.
