Leadership Coaching Client Testimonials
TC&A created space for our leadership team to have candid, meaningful conversations that don’t happen in the day-to-day. Their sessions strengthened connections, built trust, and challenged us to think differently. The result? A more confident, aligned leadership team.
Bringing Chelsea Cox in from Tess Cox And Associates to share the Magnify Your Potential workshop with our team at Results Fitness gave each team member a chance to learn about themselves and eachother to be able to bring their energy to what they do everyday. The information shared, the questions asked and the discussions that came out of it were invaluable to our development as a team.
The Engagement Blueprint strengthened all of the 1:1 coaching that I’ve been receiving over the last several years. Getting to know others and hear the struggles that other leaders are having in different departments brought us closer together. Learning about myself and my own triggers to better lead myself was meaningful.
Learning from others and their different perspectives during The Engagement Blueprint team coaching was valuable. Everyone in the group had the same drivers which was encouraging to see that alignment. The Attitude of Gratitude learning was meaningful as we don’t always take a step back to acknowledge what we are grateful for, especially at work. Self-awareness is an on-going journey we are all on!
My biggest takeaway from The Engagement Blueprint was around the 5 senses. I now slow down consistently on hectic days which has helped my stress level tremendously. It’s actually gotten to the point where I realize immediately when I’m moving too fast, and then am able to make a quick adjustment to slow down.
