August was inspiring for TC&A, which is “why” we’re continuing our September, Next-Level Leadership focus. Our intention is to encourage you to take action—within your own leadership commitment to take yourself and your team to the Next-Level.
We were and continue to be inspired with all of our experiences with Leadership team retreats, seminars and strategy sessions, along with our signature Leadership one-on-one coaching. We’ve enjoyed the interaction with Executive Leadership Teams, Large Group Gatherings for seminars, strategy building sessions and the one-on-one coaching support we give our clients. Our lives and work are full with engagement, listening, supporting and guiding leaders through their learning.

The FIVE Dysfunctions of a Team
Coach your team through this dynamic and engaging experience built around Lencioni’s powerful model. Includes guided strategy tools, conflict resolution insights, and real-time team dialogue. Recently, we coached an Executive Leadership Team. They uncovered breakdowns in commitment and accountability, which created the foundation to build a healthier, more trusting culture.
The Building Trust Team Seminar
In August, this seminar with over 50 women in attendance, helped one of our long-time clients understand that trust—internal and external—starts with self-awareness. You’ll discover your preferred leadership style, uncover communication patterns, and strengthen your trust-building capacity. TRUST is our TC&A word of the year for a reason: it’s foundational to everything we do.
The Generational Communication & Leadership Workshop
This workshop bridges communication gaps across 4–5 workplace generations. Last month, we partnered with the SCV Chamber of Commerce as we brought this seminar to the Small Business Council quarterly event. Leaders walked away with tools to build connection, communication, and community across age groups. With Tess and I from different generations ourselves, we’ve lived this work—and we’re excited to share the strategies that have made our partnership and business thrive.
