“Lead Yourself, First,” an introductory level seminar that builds your understanding of how to build trust and confidence internally and externally with others.
The Building Trust Team Seminar
Trust is the foundation for every successful leader and organization. This seminar reveals each person’s leadership style, communication patterns, and gives you and your team the confidence to lead with trust and authenticity. Over the last two months we led over 80 women through this trust building seminar. Highlights included: “Trust begins from within me. By building trust within myself, I have greater confidence in my communication. With my honest communication, I build greater trust with others.”
“Leading Yourself, First,” an incremental leadership journey for a greater understanding when communicating with different generations. This seminar prepares and supports you to take full responsibility when communicating with others.
The Generational Communication & Leadership Workshop
This workshop bridges communication gaps across 4–5 workplace generations. You’ll walk away with tools to build connection, communication, and community across all age groups. At a recent SCV Chamber event a business owner walked away with the reminder: “Communication styles vary: some people lead with big-picture vision, others with details and data. If you start in the wrong place with the wrong audience, you lose them.”

The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team Seminar
