• This could look like an internal challenge of struggling with working with others that lack integrity. Be  mindful of your own judgment and observing inconsistent integrity patterns.
• This could look like an external challenge that you have no control over and impacts those you lead professionally or personally love. We are here for you and always believe in the other side of the challenge with conscious mindsets and wise decisions.

• This could look like an internal complexity where you have to choose a different mindset (what mindset is best for the situation) and release the one that is no longer serving you for a better outcome. 
• This could look like an external complexity that creates tension within your team or organization. Complexity comes with lack of alignment, unclear expectations or different values.
