As you read about the TC&A Origin story in September, for the month of October, we are expanding upon the opportunities of our business story. Over the years, we have had many learning, growth and celebratory experiences in leading TC&A, we trust our intentions and our encouragement will support you creating your own opportunities.
As Tess mentioned, from her experience prior to starting TC&A she saw the opportunity for Leadership Coaching in every workplace. She knew, wherever there are people, there are differences within their stories, education, life, experiences, relationships and work experiences.
Within the Leadership Coaching process, we have learned a key truth in being human - contrast and diversity is an exciting and fulfilling experience both in our professional and personal lives. At the same time, in being human, we need tools and resources to manage and lead through our differences with others, understanding the complexities of differences when working with others and the challenges we face when making decisions with business and people in mind.
Every day, leaders and teams are holding the tension of moving their businesses forward and stabilizing their businesses, in order to move it strategically forward. The Leadership Coaching supports this process and supports celebrating the wins and success of businesses we serve.
