As the Olympics are in full swing this August, we are inspired to think about the competitive advantage athletes have as they live out their life long dreams in Paris. I (Chelsea) find myself sentimental for my competitive athlete years as I chose from the age of 4 to dedicate myself to gymnastics and become an NCAA gymnast. I was driven by my passion of being physically strong, working together with my mind to compete both individually and as a team. I attribute much of my competitive advantage today to the drive and determination I learned from my earlier years.
We encourage you to think about your own leadership, your team and your organization, "Where is your competitive advantage?"
As we’ve passed the halfway mark of the year and there are many different things vying for our attention in the world of business, we encourage you to bring the focus back to:
Your own Leadership
Your own Choices
Your own Mindset
Your own Actions & Behaviors
A great question to ask yourself is -
"Where do I want to have the biggest impact within my own life and leadership during the last part of this year, while setting myself up for success for the New 2025 year?"
When you are aligned with who you are and who you want to be - THEN, you will naturally and effectively lead and inspire those around you toward dynamic outcomes, which is your competitive advantage and ours, as well at TC&A.
As a reader of ‘Your Choice’ we know you are aligned with the mindset to lead yourself, first. We feel a great privilege to be in your inbox every Monday and we want you to know that we are always working on behalf of your continued success. We listen to what inspires you with a focus on your energy, your intentions, your decisions and doing what is most meaningful to you. Ultimately, you create your competitive advantage and we are grateful to support you.
As a leader, we trust this gives you an opportunity to consider your own competitive advantage within your organization or team. We look forward to you following along this month as we provide valuable insight and support for you and your leadership. There is always something more!
Cheering you on, always,
Tess & Chelsea
