Within the absence of TRUST, fear takes hold. Fear will create anxiety, distress and panic. When you find yourself in fear…pause and take a deep breath. And, while you are pausing and taking a deep breath – give yourself space to return to TRUST within yourself.

We encourage you to complete the TRUST exercise on your own behalf. Be honest with yourself and rate yourself on a scale of 1 – 5 (1 being low and 5 being high). Be transparent with yourself as you read the statements and give yourself a score. There is always an opportunity to build your self-knowledge within who you are, in order to self-manage your mindset, behaviors and outcomes.

What story are your scores telling you with your ability to TRUST your intentions and who you are? We encourage you to let your higher scores support you and give you energy to continue your leadership journey. Your lower scores are a starting place for this new year for you to lean in and build your understanding of who you are.
