Your Leadership Well-Being is Your Choice.
Over the last couple of weeks, we have focused on your leadership as a whole-being process, tending to yourself daily – this mindset isn’t a luxury—it’s a mindset STRATEGY.
Watch this month’s video to support your leadership well-being strategy here.
The Last week, we offered you Step 1: the Leadership Well-Being Check-In. If you missed it, click here to revisit—it’s a helpful starting point before moving into action for your whole well-being strategy.
This week, it’s time for Step 2: No pressure—just presence. We’re inviting you to make one small move a day to stay connected to your energy, mind, emotions, and body. Each day, you get to choose how you lead yourself. That choice alone is not only a blessing – it is a benefit to your well-being and to those you server.
One of the tools we often use in coaching is the concept of marginal gains: making slightly better decisions each day, which leads to monumental change over time. The “magic” is in the consistency, not the intensity.

So here’s your Leadership Well-Being rhythm for the week—just 1% better, one day at a time:
Monday Energy: Take 5 minutes to check in with your energy. What’s one small shift that could lift or replenish your well-being?
Tuesday Mental Clarity: Write down the one thing you truly need to focus on today—and give it your full attention. Set a timer if needed.
Wednesday Emotional Intelligence: Before your next conversation, pause and name how you’re really feeling. Awareness lowers reactivity and raises leadership.
Thursday Physical Move: your body for at least 10 minutes. Walk. Stretch. Dance. Breathe. Tune in and care for your physical being.
Friday Integration: Which day felt natural? Which one asked more of you? What have you observed how you lead yourself best?
When you choose to tune in to your whole self, your leadership transforms. These small shifts—done consistently—will bring meaningful, lasting results and an overall well-being that is sustainable.
If you or your team could use a refresh before the year wraps up, consider booking a Leadership Well-Being Mini-Retreat—a 90-minute guided experience to reflect, realign, and enter the final season of 2025 with purpose and energy.
