On October 29, I (Chelsea) turn 40. Tess and I marvel at how quickly the years have passed. Over the last decade we’ve expanded TC&A, welcomed new life into our family, said goodbye to beloved elders, and stayed committed to personal and professional leadership growth and service. Each season has held important lessons.
Whether you’re approaching 40, looking back on it, or years away, know this:
every year gets better when you raise your awareness to Lead Yourself, FIRST.
You are on the right timeline—one that is uniquely yours. There is no other path meant for you more than the one you are walking today.

Together, Tess and I hold 105 years of perspective! We’ve learned that each decade brings fresh clarity and influence—if we let it unfold instead of rushing or forcing the timing.
TC&A has grown at a steady pace:

- strengthened by focus and consistent action,
- shaped by successes and surprises,
- refined through reflection and gratitude.

Here are 3 simple steps to raise your awareness and uncover your own NEXT LEVEL, while Leading Yourself, FIRST:
- Engage with intention. Reading and practicing the leadership coaching tools we share, is a powerful first step.
- Pause often. Check in with your thoughts and feelings in the morning, mid-day, and before bed. Are your thoughts encouraging you and supporting your success?
- Ask for guidance. Seek support from trusted people or your higher source. We are always here for you.
We often overcomplicate and overanalyze (hand raised!). But NEXT LEVEL growth, is often simple, steady, and subtle. Practice these steps and share them with your teams and loved ones. Lead Yourself, FIRST with your potential and be a positive influence for the potential of others.
