NEXT LEVEL ACTION
Welcome back to Your Choice!
Each week, we share leadership tools to elevate who you are as a leader, strengthen your team, and deepen the relationships you influence.
It is your choice to build awareness, take action, experience good outcomes, and reflect on what is working well and what could be working better. That’s the process of learning and growth—you choose your rhythm and pace. Fall reminds us that release is an action. Nature doesn’t rush to hold on—it lets go at the perfect time. When we align with that rhythm, our leadership becomes more grounded, strategic, and sustainable.
In Week 1, we invited you to explore what NEXT LEVEL means for you and your leadership.

As you continue raising your awareness and exploring NEXT LEVEL LEADERSHIP – remember this: allow your mindset to think about how to simplify, before you take action.
This time of year, can feel like a race to the finish line with packed calendars, full inboxes, and year-end goals, creating more pressure than you need. Yet, you get to choose what you say, “yes” to, how you spend your time, complete your tasks and goals and where you place your energy.
This Fall and Holiday Season, isn’t about doing more and burning yourself out—it’s about intentionally doing what matters most, this is Next Level Leadership. It is grounded, strategic, sustainable and takes action.
When you focus on what truly matters to you, you are Leading Yourself, FIRST.
Now, there may be obligations you can’t avoid. That’s fair—and still, every action can hold meaning, if you allow it to. Allowing is a powerful form of leadership.
ALLOWING invites presence, perspective, and patience.

Your next level begins here:
3 Ways to Take NEXT LEVEL ACTION for You and Your Leadership:
1 – Prioritize What Energizes You. Review your commitments for the next 30 days. What energizes you? What drains you? Refocus your time and attention toward the work and relationships that are aligned with your values and who you are.
Commit to simply being present for yourself and others.
2 – Release with Gratitude. Let your gratitude expand as you identify one habit, thought pattern, or task that no longer serves you and your leadership. Let it go intentionally—thank it for what it taught you, then make room for what’s next.
New perspectives and far more Gratitude are available to you!
3 – Root in the Rhythm of a Healthy Routine. Create one daily or weekly grounding practice that keeps you steady in mind, body and soul throughout the season—journaling, walking outside, team check-ins, or moments of stillness. Fall is about steady growth beneath the surface what is unseen, in preparation for what is ready to be seen and known.
Deep roots know patience well and we can learn from them.
Remember, every intentional action, no matter how small, moves you closer to your next level of Leading yourself, FIRST. You can trust the rhythm of the season, and let your aligned actions guide you towards what is grounded, strategic and sustainable – your rhythm will lead you to what most meaningful to you.
