NEXT LEVEL TRUST – THE FOUNDATION OF CULTURE

Welcome back to Your Choice! Your place for trusted, effective leadership tools and resources. We are here to be your coaches and your guides as you expand in being the “Leader of Yourself, FIRST.”  Knowing who you are and who you want to become is a powerful leadership quality and we are here for your expansion and evolution!

With the Holiday’s upon us, along with growing calendar invites and expectations to manage ourselves and our teams, we are inviting you to return to the foundation of what makes every team thrive  — and every next level culture — possible: TRUST.

Trust is the foundation of leadership, communication, and connection. It’s the heartbeat of every relationship — with yourself, your team, and your organization. As we move through November, we’ll walk together through the process of expanding and rebuilding trust — starting within, extending outward, and reflecting on how trust becomes the energy that fuels confident and compassionate leadership.

Each week, we will offer tools, insights, and reflections to strengthen the trust that lives within you and flows through every conversation, collaboration, and choice you make.

When we trust ourselves, we lead with clarity. When we trust others, we lead with courage. Together, we build Next Level Culture.

👉 Invite your team and plan your next team seminar as we explore what it means to lead with trust and build Next Level Culture — from the inside out. (add link for them to email me)

Trust is the key that motivates every action, conversation, and decision within a team. It’s also the one thing that can be quickly broken and take much longer to rebuild. To build external trust, we must first begin within ourselves.

This week, notice where you feel confident and clear — and where you may be operating from fear, urgency, or control. When fear takes hold, pause and breathe. Remind yourself:

“Trust begins within me.”

Every time you choose awareness over reaction, you strengthen your internal trust. That’s where alignment begins — with your own integrity, reliability, and presence.

3 Ways to Build Internal Trust This Week

  1. Define what trust means to you. Write one word that captures your meaning of trust and keep it visible.
  2. Pause before you respond. When tension rises, breathe, and return to your center of character – trust.
  3. Honor your word. Do what you say you will do — that’s the quickest way to trust yourself and be reliable for others.

Next Level Culture begins with Self-Trust. “Lead yourself, FIRST,” and trust will naturally extend to others.

💬 This week’s action: Share your definition of trust with your team — it’s a powerful way to start a conversation about alignment. And, feel free to send your definition of trust to chelsea@tesscoxandassociates.com. We would love to hear from you.
