TC&A provides leadership, coaching support, seminars, college/career guidance and positive emotional relational learning for our non-profit program – FIND YOUR WHY for teens.

We began FYW with the intent to support and help teens in their Senior Year of High School. There are so many questions a teen faces during this time in their life.

Who am I?
What am I good at?
What colleges should I apply to?
What kind of career do I want?

With the Leadership Coaching support of Deanna van Klaveren and Kattie Schmidig, our teens are guided through their Myers/Briggs Personality Assessment to help answer these questions. Also, FYW offers three seminars during the year for further learning, understanding and development. Overall, the program provides long and lasting friendships. The emotional well being of our teens is of the utmost importance. We are able to provide consistent connection and interaction through various communication platforms for our teens to thrive.

The teens receive coaching, seminar, supplies and gifts ($1,500. Value) at NO COST to them. The FYW program is designed for 9-10 students each year. Each student is responsible for applying to the program. There are 2 -3 High Schools represented each year, as well.

Our teens value their FYW learning experience and look forward to providing value based, emotional intelligent and competent leadership skills towards their future college and career.
