At TC&A, staying ENGAGED with you is a top priority. Our ENGAGEMENT requires connection with you, and supporting you to connect with others – a BIG part of our purpose in Leadership Coaching. Further, our purpose is reflected through our coaching, writing, speaking, content creating and more – there’s always more behind the scenes – just as there is always more to you, as we coach you to Lead Yourself … FIRST

In the process of staying ENGAGED, we consistently communicate, “we want the best for you,” as Leadership Coaches for a lifetime, this will always be true! This is our “why” we created The Engagement Blueprint.  

The Engagement Blueprint is the culmination of our commitment to staying ENGAGED with you and your teams. Your personal and professional learning to be and stay ENGAGED supports your leadership and work with your team, as well.

We know staying committed and ENGAGED to your own leadership and to the leadership of your team requires your best intentions. As you reflect, we encourage you to consider asking yourself the following questions:   

  • Do I have CLARITY, what motivates my team?

  • Is my team ALIGNED with our meaning and purpose within the work that we do together?

  • Have I IDENTIFIED the strengths of my team, in order to be prepared for new opportunities?

  • Collectively, does my team have a GROWTH MINDSET, to move us forward and towards our goals?

  • Am I FOCUSED and encouraging time to FOCUS on what will enrich our mindsets and work as a team?

  • Is my team CONFIDENT and experiencing what is meaningful to themselves and the organization?

Thoughtful reflection allows you to be intentional as you build your team. When clear intentions align with actionable behaviors and goals, the best of outcomes will be experienced – This is where being ENGAGED with one another can lead you to collectively THRIVE

 
 

Yes, these outcomes may look differently than you originally intended. Yet, knowing intentions were identified and action was taken to achieve the goals, the outcomes can be trusted. 

We know this to be true, because we see it every day in the work we do. We are honored to be invited into your lives and work and we are mindful that there are complexities that are a challenge to overcome.  When we commit to building our own self-awareness (yes, it’s a life-long process) we are able to self-manage and lead ourselves and our teams with mindful ENGAGEMENT, which will overcome complexities and solve problems that are challenging.
