Leaders Who Lunch, Too!
5 Tips & Tools for Communicating with Clarity
We “THANK YOU” for trusting us - it is a pleasure to serve you. As we continue to build our relationships with you, entering into your world of where you are in your work, role and responsibilities and who you are personally – we understand, LEADING yourself…FIRST is KEY.
As you think about your lunch hour… How often do you inwardly or outwardly tell yourself the following statements:
“I’ve got too much to do and don’t have time to take time for lunch.”
“I don’t have time to take lunch, today.”
“If, I had more time, I would take a break for lunch.”
At TC&A, we all have used the above statements, as we have focused on moving our work to completion and on to the next project or task…As relational as we are with you, our clients – we are “worker bee’s” behind the scenes.
As we begin our New 2020 Year, we continue to be committed to ALL good things with our focused mindset, hard work and seeking to be consistent with our consulting, coaching and building communication tools and resources for our clients. We know they work! Often, we create things that our own team needs first, and then…offer them to you.
To support your further Learning and Leadership - We have designed an opportunity revolving around your LUNCH HOUR (between 11:30 am – 1:30 pm wherever you work – we’ll work around your lunch hour).
We know – Leaders NEED Lunch, TOO so we have designed Leaders Who Lunch, Too - 5 Tips & Tools for Communicating with Clarity.

How will Lunch and Learning work?
In this power lunch and learn hour - we will focus on our proprietary Communication Model with the following focus:
Session 1: Alignment - The KEY starting place for all communication is to find alignment / agreement. Alignment is achievable when we listen.
Session 2: Processing Information – YES, understanding your personality preferences influences how you process information and how you communicate your thoughts, opinions and views.
Session 3: Developing Skills – Intentionally using your competency skills in communicating with others will build upon your strengths and impact your communication style.
Session 4: Ordering your World – Ordering your thoughts before you choose to communicate will inspire a dialogue and provide greater meaning.
Session 5: Engaging with Others – Staying engaged with others will inspire and build strong relationships.
The BEST of Outcomes:
Every leader desires good outcomes. As a leader, when you empower yourself to find alignment, process information well, building upon your strengths, order your thoughts and stay engaged with others, you will have greater opportunity to grow, develop, seize new opportunities, address difficult situations and solve challenges. It is ALL possible with the TC&A Communication Model.
