At the end of the month, we will be celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends. No doubt, there will be a lot of conversations around the table. Most conversations share information by telling others what is on our minds.

March provided amazing opportunities to prioritize the “NEW” that is being prepared for you, our clients. It gave us the benefit of Leading you, to greater clarity and confidence within Leadership Coaching and with our Know Your Genius / Know Your Worth Seminar. And, it brought new learning curves, solving problems and moving ourselves and business forward behind the scenes.

As we build upon your ability to build trust in conversations you may find yourself saying some of the statements below:
I don’t trust the people I work with
I need to set better boundaries with co-workers
Everything is so chaotic, I can’t slow down
I don’t have anyone I can delegate to
I never have enough time
These are often statements we regularly hear from clients and we’ve said them in the past too! I remember when I worked at a top luxury hotel in NYC and there was a deep lack of trust, no boundaries and constant chaos within the team – it was suffocating. If only I had the roadmap to building trusting conversations, then!
In the leadership coaching process, we want the best for you and our intentions are always to guide you toward being the leader of yourself, first, so that you can build trusting conversations.

This week we have the pleasure of sharing parts of the transformational story of one of our original clients – Denise Junqueiro. Denise and Tess met in 2014 when she was a fellow attending the California Agriculture Leadership Foundation program. Tess was a part of restructuring the Ag Leadership learning and seminars and provided the Leadership Coaching for the program. In fact, Denise was a great support when Tess Cox & Associates was just beginning to launch the business.
